Idaho State announces interim vice president for research

POCATELLO—Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ announced today that Scott Snyder, dean of the College of Science and Engineering, will serve as the interim vice president for research after Neels Van der Schyf retires at the end of the year. Snyder will continue in his capacity as dean during and after this interim appointment.

POCATELLO – The team of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ math students comprised of Caleb Monoran, Alex Gose-Eells and Rosetta Roberts earned an Outstanding Award at the SIMIODE SCUDEM III 2018 Modeling Challenge hosted by the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Department of Mathematics and Statistics on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Accounting Professor Bob Picard named TIAA Difference Maker

POCATELLO – Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ accounting Professor Bob Picard was recently named a TIAA Difference Maker 100 Honoree for his work with area nonprofit organizations including serving as the corporate treasurer and a board member of Health West, Inc., a community health center consisting of nine health clinics serving Southeast Idaho.
