POCATELLO—Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ’s HealthCare for Children and Families AmeriCorps program has received a $345,915 federal grant to provide basic health screenings for children and connect underserved families to community resources that can improve their lives, according to the Idaho Department of Labor and Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ.

POCATELLO—Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ has been awarded a $386,250 grant to establish an area health education center or AHEC to improve access to primary care in underserved and rural communities of southeast Idaho.

POCATELLO – Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ junior Megan Brauner had the opportunity to assist graduate student Tyson Hallbert with his doctoral project on habitat restoration for native cutthroat trout in Southeast Idaho and present her research at the Idaho Conference on Undergraduate Research (ICUR).
