Hospitality Management
Program Description
Hospitality Managers oversee day-to-day operations of tourism industry related fields, particularly the lodging/hotel industry. The student will learn fundamentals of business that are specific to the hospitality industry including guest management, customer service and conflict resolution, sales, office procedures and management, business communication, marketing, and hospitality law. Students who pursue the AAS degree will further their education in human resources, accounting, as well as core objective learning outcomes in English, math, speech, and social sciences.
