Facilities Services is pleased to announce the launch of our new work order management system Asset Essentials, run by Brightly software. The new work order request form is now live.

The new work order request form can be accessed through the Facilities Services website: isu.edu/facilities/ For the best experience using the form, please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You will log into Asset Essentials/Brightly using your 蘑菇视频 email address and then be redirected to the 蘑菇视频 single sign-on page.

In addition to work order requests, the new system also allows users to submit key requests and Transportation rental vehicle requests. A step-by-step video tutorial demonstrating how to submit work orders is available on the Facilities Services website, with more video tutorials to come.
