We are halfway through our rollout of Duo Security to 蘑菇视频 students. We anticipate all students will be enrolled before the end of October.

We have discovered it is easier for students to set up their Duo accounts if they install the Duo Mobile app on their smartphone first.  Then when they are invited to set up their 蘑菇视频 Duo account, they won’t have to stop part way through and install the app.

The day before you will be required to use Duo, you will receive a heads-up email to your 蘑菇视频 email account. When you log in to Moodle or My蘑菇视频 the next day, you will be prompted to set up your Duo account. Duo multi-factor authentication will be required after that, every time you log into a secure 蘑菇视频 system.  

Although the preferred authentication method is to use the Duo Mobile app, we do have alternate authentication methods available if that won’t work for you.  We also have to help you set Duo up, along with information.
