Ann Thomson Named New Diversity Resource Center Coordinator

December 1, 2022

The Office of Equity and Inclusion welcomes Ann Thomson as the new Diversity Resource Center Coordinator.

Thomson is an Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ graduate, with a master's degree in anthropology. Her work to date has centered on health equity, access, disparity, and disability. She's also interested in cultural constructions of illness and disease and the importance of community-building for marginalized people. Thomson hopes to bring this community-oriented approach to the Diversity Resource Center in order to grow it into a hub of learning and growth for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ students and the community.
