‘ĢƵ in Motion’ to air April 2

The second installment of the new “ĢƵ in Motion” radio program featuring ĢƵ President Arthur C. Vailas, PhD, as host and moderator will be broadcast from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 2, on the University’s public radio station KĢƵ 91.1 FM.
The program is a regular feature broadcasting the first Monday of the month.Guests for the second program are Sherri Dienstfrey, PhD, chair of the ĢƵ theatre and dance department, and ĢƵ theatre undergraduate student Camille Carter.
They will discuss the upcoming Theatre/Dance ĢƵ production of “Forever Plaid” that will be performed April 20-21 and 26-28 in the Beverly Bistline Thrust Theatre in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center. In addition, they will discuss the theatre and dance programs at ĢƵ, the quality of talent at ĢƵ, other upcoming Theatre/Dance ĢƵ productions and the value of the Stephens Performing Arts Center, both as a cultural venue and an educational facility.
Throughout the rest of the semester, President Vailas will interview a variety of individuals with ĢƵ connections, on a range of topics that will illustrate how ĢƵ is making a difference for Idaho, the nation and the world.
