more than 20 years of experience in public sector and nonprofit leadership, she has
built a career leading financial operations, strategic planning, and organizational
improvement. She is passionate about helping organizations strengthen financial
stewardship, improve operational performance, and develop future leaders through
education, collaboration, and strategic innovation.
Beyond her leadership in finance, Wendy is an accomplished educator and instructional
designer who develops and delivers professional education in budgeting, financial
reporting, cash flow analysis, capitalization rates, and ethics. Her unique blend of
executive financial expertise and adult learning principles enables her to build high-
performing teams, create engaging and effective training, and translate complex
financial concepts into practical insights that support informed decision making at all
levels.
